Attempting to refresh or connect your SoFi accounts in EveryDollar and it's returning an error or not syncing?
Our system shows an error reflected as a result of internal bank changes preventing our third-party bank connection service (Finicity) from maintaining the previously established connection. Apologies for the inconvenience!
While banks don’t directly support data syncing with third-party apps like EveryDollar, many of them will work directly with our bank connection partner to establish a successful connection. We encourage you to reach out to a representative at your bank to express your desire to connect your accounts to EveryDollar. Then, once they are on board, please have them submit a request form HERE to begin the approval process of building this new connection.
We encourage you to contact the bank directly to let them know the impact of their decision to not allow aggregation. Banks are more receptive of their customers reaching out directly versus third-party services.
Hopefully, through the combined voices, the bank will work with Finicity to resolve these roadblocks.
We recommend periodically searching for your bank in EveryDollar to see if it has been added. In the meantime, manually adding and tracking transactions is a good way to stay up to date with your budget.
