Coming over from Mint.com and running into challenges with the 60-day FREE trial? First, welcome to EveryDollar!
Here are six scenarios you may run into when getting started:
Scenario #1:
Issue: Tried to redeem the 60-day FREE trial at everydollar.com/mint but either received a message denying access to a trial or was charged the annual fee immediately.
Answer: If your EveryDollar account has ever had a trial in the history of having an EveryDollar account (yep–that includes 2018), the existing account is ineligible for an additional trial period. This includes trials through Apple and Google.
Scenario #2:
Issue: Apple or Google subscription is showing a 14-day FREE trial instead of a 60-day FREE trial.
Answer: Purchasing in-app through Apple or Google will not allow Mint users to redeem this offer. This limited offer is only available at everydollar.com/mint. If you started a trial through Apple or Google already, the subscription must be canceled and expired before accessing the trial through everydollar.com/mint.
Scenario #3:
Issue: Created a new EveryDollar account but had some interruptions with the onboarding flow (verification email, network connection, etc.) and now I don't see the Mint offer!
Answer: The Mint offer is limited and is only available at everydollar.com/mint. Head back to everydollar.com/mint to redeem the offer. Now that you have created an account, click "Sign In" below the "Create Account" block to get signed in and begin the 60-day FREE trial.
Scenario #4:
Issue: Started EveryDollar Premium on the website and was only offered a 14-day FREE trial instead of the 60-day FREE trial.
Answer: The Mint offer is only available at everydollar.com/mint. Visit everydollar.com/mint to sign up for this offer. Scenario #1 may apply.
Scenario #5:
Issue: I am in the Ramsey store and attempting to redeem the Mint offer with a promo code.
Answer: No promo code is necessary! The Mint offer is only available at everydollar.com/mint. Visit everydollar.com/mint to sign up for this offer.
Scenario #6:
Issue: My debit card is not being accepted because I am located outside the United States.
Answer: Sorry! EveryDollar Premium is currently only available within the United States. Read more about that HERE.
