EveryDollar Premium Annual subscription fees are eligible for a refund up to 30 days from the date of the most recent charge for subscriptions created through EveryDollar.com.
EveryDollar Premium Monthly first-month subscription fee is eligible for a refund if requested before the next billing date. Renewal fees for EveryDollar Premium Monthly are not eligible for a refund, but the subscription can be canceled at any time to prevent future fees.
*We are unable to provide refunds or credits for any partially used billing period. This includes unused features or service interruptions, such as bank connections.
*A processed refund will result in your Premium access being removed immediately. However, you will continue to have access to the Free version of EveryDollar.
Third-Party Refunds
If you signed up for EveryDollar Premium through a third party (Apple/iTunes or Google/Android), please contact your provider directly for assistance in requesting a refund according to their billing policies. EveryDollar is not able to cancel or refund purchases made through a third party.
