Challenges with adding your Fidelity credit card account to EveryDollar? Fidelity and our third-party bank connection service, Finicity, have partnered together to create an updated integration. However, this integration agreement did not include credit cards. That being said, EveryDollar can no longer support a connection to Fidelity credit card accounts directly. Apologies for the inconvenience!
The good news is that Fidelity credit card accounts have been noticed by Finicity as an important integration, so we are hopeful that one day these accounts will be made available within EveryDollar again. We do not have an ETA on when that may occur.
In the meantime, there is one workaround that might work for you. Fidelity works with a company called Elan Financial Services to provide its customers a credit card, therefore you may be able to create a login with Elan Financial Services (Cardmember Service) and after you do that connect with option for "Elan Credit Card" in EveryDollar and then this would allow a connection to your Fidelity credit card through Elan.
