Experiencing duplicate transactions and/or Error 992 with US Bank? We have an update! For context, US Bank recently made changes to its system that have affected the way our third-party bank connection team, Finicity, receives transactions. This has affected multiple users.
From the information that we have from Finicity, they believe a resolution has been made on accounts showing errors such as Error 992 (affecting credit card accounts). There has been no indication that the duplicate transaction issue has been fixed yet, but we are in contact with Finicity awaiting an ETA for resolution.
Please attempt to refresh your connection to US Bank. Deleting and re-adding the bank may be most beneficial to ensure a fresh connection is established. If you receive any errors, please send a screenshot of those errors to our support team.
NOTE: It can take up to 24-48 business hours for the first transactions to come in after adding your bank. The first transactions will usually only be from several days back. If you need more transactions from further back, please let us know how far back you'd like transactions and we'd be happy to request those on your behalf.
