When you first connect or reconnect banks to your budget, account balances will update in EveryDollar within the timeframe of a few minutes to 24 hours. So it’s possible your account balance will show incorrectly until your bank sends over the updated balance with the first batch of transactions.
If you don't see your account balance update after 24 hours, submit a request including a screenshot of your balance(s) in EveryDollar and a screenshot displaying the actual balance within your bank's website masking any sensitive data.
